How does open-time personalization work?▾
When a recipient opens your email, their email client requests the LiveBlock image URL. Our render server reads URL parameters (like first name or city), the recipient's IP for geo-context, and live data feeds — then generates a fresh PNG or animated GIF on the fly.
What types of LiveBlocks are available?▾

Will this hurt my email deliverability?▾
